Slipknot release teaser video, Corey Taylor tweets details on upcoming release

Slipknot have released a teaser video via Roadrunner Records official site today (May 29) called ‘Antennas To Hell’ and now Corey Taylor has tweeted information about the band’s upcoming release.
Here was the first of his tweets earlier this afternoon saying it will be a greatest-hits package, but left another item, dubbed ‘HoGaB’ a mystery.

11 days till the meaning of HoGaB is revealed. And I believe 7.17.12 is when the Slipknot greatest hits album drops.
That date coincides with the Rockstar Mayhem Festival that Slipknot will be headlining. The tour also includes Slayer, Motorhead, Anthrax and many others. In another tweet minutes later, Taylor revealed Slipknot is currently demoing new material, but not recording yet. The band is expected to hit the studio in earlier 2013 to start recording their next album.

To anyone asking, Slipknot is not currently working on an album. Yet. We are putting together demos, but we’re not recording. Yet.
