Don Henley will release 'Cass County,' his fifth studio album, and first solo album in 15 years, on September 25. Named for the northeastern Texas county in which Henley was raised, 'Cass County' will be available as a 12-song standard CD and digital album, as well as a 16-track deluxe version and 180 gram Vinyl LP.
A super deluxe version of the album will also be available in Don Henley’s official online store, including a 50 -page booklet with exclusive photos, collector postcards, deluxe CD album, and deluxe Vinyl (2-Disc 180 Gram). A limited number of bundles will also be offered, including a T-shirt and 12X12 lithograph.
Don Henley will launch a solo tour of North America in October 2015 that will include concerts in Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Durham, NC; Los Angeles, CA; Nashville, TN; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Port Chester, NY; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Toronto, ON and Washington, D.C. ‘All My Friends: Celebrating the Songs and Voice of Gregg Allman’ Tribute Concert to take place early next year
The Allman Brothers Band, Jackson Browne, Natalie Cole and more will pay tribute to legendary singer, songwriter and musician Gregg Allman at a special concert next year. "All My Friends: Celebrating the Songs and Voice of Gregg Allman," will take place at the Fox Theater in Atlanta on January 10th, and it will be filmed and recorded for a future release. It will feature once-in-a-lifetime collaborations by friends and admirers coming together to pay tribute to Allman’s music.
The initial lineup includes GRAMMY, CMA, ACM, Americana, W.C. Handy Blues and Dove Award nominated and winning musicians: The Allman Brothers Band, Trace Adkins, Jackson Browne, Eric Church, Natalie Cole, Brantley Gilbert, Warren Haynes, John Hiatt, Jaimoe, Taj Mahal, Keb’ Mo’, Martina McBride, Pat Monahan, Sam Moore, Robert Randolph, Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks, Don Was and Widespread Panic. There will be surprise special guests, along with additional performers, to be announced in the coming weeks. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. ET on November 1.

Allman accepted a Lifetime Achievement Grammy for his work with the Allman Brothers Band, the group he cofounded in 1969 alongside his late brother Duane, in 2012. That May, he revealed he'd gotten engaged to a 24-year-old named Shannon. He also released his memoir, My Cross to Bear, which he has since sold the film rights to serve as the basis of a biopic by the filmmakers of the recent CBGB movie.

Steven Tyler buys home in Maui, will perform pre-Super Bowl with Carrie Underwood on ‘CMT Crossroads’ and brings another ‘Creepy Leer of the Night’ (video)
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and Carrie Underwood will team up for a special episode of "CMT Crossroads" the night before the Super Bowl in Indianapolis, IN. "CMT Crossroads" pairs country music stars with popular artists from other musical genres to play each others songs together, swap stories, and share their common love of music.
Tyler and Underwood previously performed together in 2011 at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas. The duo brought the arena crowd to its feet and wowed millions of viewers at home performing Underwood's No. 1 song "Undo It" followed by Aerosmith's "Walk This Way." Watch the performance below.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Steven Tyler has purchased a home in Maui, Hawaii for $4.8 million. It was listed for $6.5 million.
The 3,000-square-foot home, which rests on a quarter acre of land, has two bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms. Located on the water in a nature preserve area near Wailea, the pentagonal home has several outdoor decks overlooking the coastline. There's also a floor-to-ceiling aquarium and an infinity-edge saltwater pool. Can I be your caretaker while you're gone Steve? I'd be glad to do it.
