Linkin Park rocked Jimmy Kimmel Live last Wednesday and Thursday nights (June 27 & 28) to perform 'Burn it Down' and 'Faint' on Wednesday, and returning to rock Jimmy Kimmel’s outdoor stage on Thursday with the new tune 'Lies Greed Misery' and 'New Divide,' the theme from the 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ movie.' Linkin Park are projected to debut atop the charts next week with 'Living Things,' with Billboard .com projecting sales of about 220,000 copies.

Sting lines up tour and appearances behind new 25 Years Box Set and The Best of 25 Years releases

Sting: The Best Of 25 Years will be released on October 18 and will feature 12 remastered tracks, including several remixes and newly unearthed live recordings. Also recently announced, Sting: 25 Years, the definitive box set, will be released next Tuesday (Sept. 27). This collection features three CD's personally curated by Sting, as well as a DVD, Rough, Raw & Unreleased: Live at Irving Plaza, featuring previously unreleased live concert footage filmed at New York City's Irving Plaza. The discs are packaged in a beautiful, hardcover book containing rare photos, complete lyrics, and newly written commentary by Sting.

With the 25 Years box set arriving in stores next Tuesday, his star-studded 60th birthday concert taking place on October 1st and his Back to Bass tour kicking off later that month, Sting will be out promoting with a series of TV appearances in the coming weeks. First up will be a September 28 visit to MSNBC's Morning Joe at 8:15 a.m. ET. Then, on October 3, the singer/songwriter will be interviewed and serve as musical guest on CBS' Late Show with David Letterman, which airs at 11:35 p.m. ET. Sting will also perform and talk on the October 19 edition of NBC's Today show, which is broadcast at 8 a.m. ET.
Sting has also added dates to his Back to Bass North American tour. Among the new shows is an October 24 date in Wallingford, Connecticut, and additional concerts in several previously announced cities -- Boston; Los Angeles; Miami; Philadelphia; Washington, DC; Toronto and Vancouver, Canada. It kicks off October 21 in Boston through December 9 in Vancouver.
