Holy Shat! Check out the greatness of Shatner in new video for “Bohemian Rhapsody”

Holy Shat! The greatness of Shatner shines through in the new video from the ex-Captain Kirk. Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" gets the distinctive sing-speaking treatment in this awesome version. The song comes off of William Shatner's new space themed covers album, "Seeking Major Tom." The 20-track album also includes Shatner's classic "Rocket Man," as well as Black Sabbath's "Iron Man," David Bowie's "Space Oddity," and more, with guests ranging from Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Paice, Micheal Schenker, Zakk Wylde and Mike Inez to Sheryl Crow, Peter Frampton, Johnny Winter, Carmine Appice, Dave Davies, Wayne Kramer and John Wetton.
Two teens are stargazing in a field when something appears in the sky. It's the mouth and face of none other than William Shatner.
"Holy--" the girl says. "Shatner." finishes the boy.
Constellations appear and accompany Shatner with the song, gliding across the screen. The lyrics appear in block letters below his face, keeping the stars and galaxys company, while helping fill the screen.
The kids eventually get a copy of the new CD as it hits the earth in a giant fireball. Holy Shatner!

William Shatner’s new album “Searching for Major Tom” track listing, studio video footage
by craig on Apr.16, 2011, under CD/DVD RELEASES, FUNNIES, ROCK NEWS, VIDEO
The official track list for William Shatner’s new album, Searching for Major Tom, has come out. On the record, the Star Trek actor covers 19 space-themed songs by the likes of Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, David Bowie and others with help from some big-named rockers.
On the effort, Ritchie Blackmore and Alan Parsons appear on “Captain Kirk’s” version of Bowie’s “Space Oddity,” Peter Frampton assists on the cover of Norman Greenbaum’s “Spirit in the Sky,” Ian Paice and Johnny Winter are on Bill’s edition of Deep Purple’s “Space Trucking” and Warren Haynes adds guitar to Golden Earring’s “Twilight Zone.” The album hits shelves later this year. Bootsy Collins plays bass on Thomas Dolby’s “She Blinded Me With Science.” Brad Paisley, who also contributed a song to Has Been, sings on Steve Miller’s “Space Cowboy.” A cover of Peter Schilling’s “Major Tom (Coming Home)” features Nick Valensi (The Strokes), Zakk Wylde (former Ozzy axeman, Black Label Society), and Mike Inez (Alice in Chains). A cover of The Byrds’ “Mr. Spaceman” has guitar by Dave Davies of the Kinks.
But wait, there's more: a cover of Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man” boasts more Zakk Wylde guitar and vocals and a cover of The Police’s “Walking on the Moon” has guest reggae icon Toots (of Maytals fame) on vocals.
There are other songs, including the a reworking of a song he did back in the day; “Rocket Man,” along with the curiously non sci-fi inclusion of “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
