Meat Loaf has announced dates for a North American summer tour dubbed the ‘Mad, Mad World tour.’ Meat will play cuts from his latest studio effort, ‘Hell in a Handbasket,’ and all his classic tracks on the tour, which kicks off June 22nd in Austin, Texas. His longtime backing band, The Neverland Express will accompany him on the trek.

The tour is slated through an August 4th concert in North Bay, Canada, with more dates expected to be added soon.

“People who come to Meat Loaf shows know what to expect,” Meatloaf said in a recentb statement about the tour. “They know they’re going to get full-on energy with the best rock ‘n’ roll band in the world. That’s not an opinion. That’s the truth.”
