It’s where Bob Dylan and The Band, Eric Clapton, Robbie Robertson, the Rolling Stones, Ringo Starr, and Joe Cocker made music, and it’s on the market for $4.1 million. The Shangri-La recording studio was designed by Rob Fraboni in the early 1970s to the specifications of Bob Dylan and The Band.

Many bands have used the studio, including current groups like Metallica, Weezer and Kings Of Leon, and in the early 1960s TV’s Mr. Ed was filmed and stabled at the ranch here. Check out the legendary property here: shangri-la music landmark
