Tenacious D are back are ready to kick ass! After the relative failure of 'The Pick of Destiny,' Jack 'Hollywood' Black became more awesome and Kyle 'Rage Cage' Gass went nuts. The two went their separate ways and never repaired their divide, until now. Check out this update from Extra's Maria Menounos on what's happening wih the 'D'. Actor Tim Robbins, Jimmy Kimmel, Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters, singer Josh Groban all take part in the resurection of the band, and Val Kilmer even takes a bullet before the big two week hug. 'Rize of the Fenix,' the first album from Tenacious D in six years, will be released on May 15. But until then hail the f**king return of the 'D' with this video and the title track in its entirety.

Most Kick Ass Company Party Ever! (video)

Most Kick Ass Company Party Ever! (video)

Feb 27, 2012

Alice Cooper, Robbie Krieger of The Doors, members of KISS, Jack Blades of Night Ranger and Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac recently performed at Chuck Brennan’s annual holiday company party in Las Vegas.

Brennan oversees Dollar Loan Center invited many of his famous friends to raise money for charity and treat his 500 employees and guests a night to remember.

The music kicked off with The Doors guitarist Robby Krieger, who was joined by actor Val Kilmer for a rendition of 'Roadhouse Blues.' Kilmer was spot-on as Jim Morrison in Oliver Stone's 'The Doors' movie back in 1991.

Alice Cooper, Jack Blades and Mick Fleetwood also hit the stage with Kiss members Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer. Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley were in attendance, but cheered from the audience.

Close to $300,000 was raised at the event. Over $200,000 of the donations will go directly to Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Foundation, which has programs and resources to help at-risk teens. Kiss also joined forces with Brennan to give a few lucky employees a big time bonus... a brand-new KISS Mini Cooper.

Here's video documenting the entire party:
